What Phoenix Nest Includes

Weekly one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific circumstances and stage of divorce. Rooted in the PHOENIX Divorce Framework™, each session is designed to help you:

  • Preserve what matters most: your finances, your children, your dignity

  • Process the emotional weight of divorce in a grounded, supported space

  • Understand what is happening in the process and what comes next

  • Rebuild your voice, your boundaries, and your confidence

  • Navigate co-parenting dynamics with intention and clarity when applicable

  • Begin rediscovering who you are beyond this chapter

  • Start envisioning and designing your next chapter with strength

Sessions are held virtually via video call. Session length and cadence are discussed during your initial consultation and structured around your needs.

Phoenix Nest clients also receive complimentary access to Phoenix Circle group calls throughout their container, offering community connection alongside private support. Between-session support via Voxer or email is available for clients who want additional access between sessions and is confirmed at enrollment.

A Note on Scope

None of the Divorce Doula programs or services are legal advice, financial advice, therapy, or mental health treatment.

Blythe is a certified life coach and NLP practitioner, not an attorney or licensed therapist. Divorce Doula support works alongside your legal and mental health team, filling the space between strategy and healing that so often goes unaddressed.

If you are in crisis, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or crisis support line.

Common Questions

What is the difference between a Divorce Doula and a divorce coach?

A divorce coach typically focuses on mindset and goal setting. A Divorce Doula offers steady, trauma-informed support through the entire transition, emotional, practical, and strategic, while walking beside you rather than directing from the front. Mindset and goal setting are part of the overall process, but our proprietary PHOENIX Divorce Framework™ addresses a broader spectrum.

Do I need to be in active divorce to work with you?

Phoenix Nest is designed for women currently navigating divorce. If you are post-divorce and rebuilding, Phoenix Rise may be a better fit. Not sure? Book a consultation and we will help you find the right path.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

All sessions are held virtually via video call, making this accessible regardless of where you are located.

What if I am in crisis?

Divorce Doula support is not crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Is this confidential?

Yes. All sessions are held in strict confidence. An agreement outlining confidentiality and scope is provided before sessions begin.

You Do Not Have to Navigate This Alone.

Divorce is one of life's hardest transitions. You deserve structured, steady support from someone who understands; not just the process, but what it actually feels like to walk through it.

Your first step is simple.

Divorce Doula Network™ provides structured, trauma-informed support and does not offer legal advice or mental health treatment.
